We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also offer worldwide shipping to destinations such as the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and more.

2. Delivery Times

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • UK Standard Deliveries (Royal Mail): 3 – 5 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays).
  • International Standard Deliveries: 3 – 7 business days (depending on location).
  • DHL Express Delivery: Next business day delivery in most locations worldwide. Deliveries to remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland) may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Note: No deliveries take place on UK public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Royal Mail – Tracked Delivery: A reliable and cost-effective option for UK deliveries, delivering directly to your mailbox.
  • International Mail – Tracked Delivery: Available for many destinations worldwide, offering an affordable and reliable shipping option.
  • DHL Express: Expedited next-day delivery in most destinations worldwide with full tracking.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

We offer free shipping on orders over £70 within the UK.

5. Order Processing

We do everything we can to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, and always within 1 business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

6. Tracking Your Order

All orders shipped via Royal Mail, International Mail, and DHL Express include tracking. You will receive tracking details via email upon dispatch.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at info@japebo.co.uk, and we will assist you in locating your package.

9. Customs Charges for UK Customers

Occasionally, products shipped from our international warehouse to UK addresses may incur customs duties, VAT, or import charges upon delivery.

If you are asked to pay such charges, Japebo.co.uk will fully reimburse these costs.

To receive reimbursement, please forward a copy of the official customs payment receipt to info@japebo.co.uk, including your order reference.

Once verified, we will process a refund to the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

This policy applies only to UK customers and to customs-related fees directly linked to the delivery of products ordered from Japebo.co.uk.
