The Phonak Charger Case Go is ideal for those who need to charge their hearing aids on the go. This inductive charger is specifically designed for Phonak Audéo Life hearing aids, which are both waterproof and sweat-proof. With the Charger Case Go, you can ensure your Audéo Life hearing aids never run out of power, no matter where you are.

The Phonak Charge and Care charger not only charges but also dries and cares for your Phonak hearing aids. This charger uses an active, ventilated air stream to dry the hearing aids while treating them with UV light. With a simple press of a button, the UV light treatment and drying process begin while the hearing aids charge.

The Phonak Charger Ease features magnets in the charging openings, making it effortless to insert and remove your Audéo L-R and Audéo L-RT hearing aids. The charging station includes a power bank that can be charged via a USB-C power cable. It only takes three hours to fully charge your hearing aids, providing a full day of use.

How to Charge with Phonak Chargers

Charging your Phonak hearing aids with a Phonak charger is straightforward. Here’s a general guide on how to charge your Phonak hearing aids:

1. Prepare the Charger:
   • First, ensure your Phonak charger is connected to a power source, either through a wall outlet using the supplied power adapter or a USB port, if supported by your model.
2. Insert the Hearing Aids:
   • Next, open the charging case or access the charging slots on your Phonak charger.
   • Then, place the hearing aids in the charging ports with the LED lights on the hearing aids aligned with the LED lights on the charger. The hearing aids should start charging, indicated by red LED lights. If not placed correctly, the hearing aids will not charge.
3. Charging Process:
   • Once the hearing aids are correctly placed in the charger, they will begin charging automatically. Many Phonak chargers have LED indicators to show the charging status:
   • When fully charged, the LED lights will turn green.
   • Charging time typically ranges from 3 to 4 hours, depending on the hearing aids and charger model.
4. Completion and Storage:
   • After charging, remove the hearing aids from the charger. They are now ready for use.
   • If your charger doubles as a carrying case, such as the Phonak Charger Case Go, you can store your hearing aids in it when not in use, ensuring they remain charged and protected.
5. Maintenance:
   • Finally, keep the charger clean and free from dust. Regularly check the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the charger for any dirt or wax buildup, and clean them gently with a dry cloth or as recommended by Phonak.
