Tube lock insert for securing hearing aid tubing in flexible earmolds. Plastic. 3.5 mm outer diameter and 2 mm inner diameter.
Tube Lock is a plastic insert used as a tubing retention component for flexible earmolds, including canal-type earmolds. The component is designed for use without cement during tubing replacement.

Installation method (as described): Existing tube with tube lock is removed. Replacement tube is pulled in from the front of the earplug and trimmed at the point where the tube exits the tip of the earplug. Tube length is cut to routing length on the ear.
