How to find your Phonak serial number

Wireless accessories and chargers

For wireless accessories and chargers, you will find the serial number printed on the device.

Hearing aids (BTE, RIC and rechargeable models)

Behind-the-ear models (BTE): Remove the battery door or open the battery compartment. The serial number is printed inside the battery compartment, usually on a small white or silver label.

Receiver-in-canal models (RIC): Open the battery door (for battery-operated models). Inside the compartment you will see a printed number.

Rechargeable models: The serial number is typically printed on the inner side of the body, sometimes near the charging contact.

Find the serial number in the myPhonak app

  1. Open the myPhonak app
  2. Go to DevicesDevice Information
  3. The serial number is shown for each paired hearing aid

Serial number on the original packaging

If you still have the box or paperwork, the serial number will be printed there as well.

If you are unable to locate the serial number, you can contact us at info@japebo.co.uk, and we will guide you.
